The Planning and Zoning Division reviews all developments (excluding single family homes) for consistency with the Franklin County Land Use Code and Comprehensive Plan.

Address Numbering
The Address Numbering Section is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the numbering system established by County Ordinance. This office assigns and verifies addresses for the unincorporated areas of Franklin County and the cities of Apalachicola and Carrabelle.
