(AOED)
The Franklin County Board of County Commissioners is seeking volunteers to serve on its Airport Operations & Economic Development Board (AOED). If you are willing to become part of your local government by volunteering and meet any of the board member criteria (below), please send a cover letter with a brief background of your experience and indicate which board member seat you would be willing to fill on or before February 15, 2023.

Board Member Criteria
(Candidate may meet any one of the following criteria)
- Franklin County Resident (Any county resident with vast knowledge pertaining to the operations of municipal airports)
- Airport Resident (Residing within 2 miles of Apalachicola Airport – AAF)
- Local Business Owner (A medium to large local business owner)
- Airport Client (Rents a hangar, stores airplane, etc. at the Apalachicola Airport – AAF)
- Industrial/Economic Development (Prior experience with Industrial or Economic Development)
