Franklin County received funding through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act to assist the needs of communities that have been negatively impacted by COVID-19. We are in the process of launching programs to provide emergency financial assistance to individuals, families, and small businesses, along with assisting the municipalities and constitutional officers all of which have experienced the effects of COVID-19.
