The Franklin County Board of County Commissioners will conduct an Emergency Meeting on October 18, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. in the Commission Meeting Room at 34 Forbes Street, Apalachicola, FL. The Board will discuss consideration of the Florida Department of Transportation Memorandum dated October 14, 2018 re: State prioritizing, funding of Hurricane Michael debris removal in fiscally-constrained counties.
