File a Complaint, Violation, Concern, or Suggestion

1. Complaints, Violations, Concerns, or Suggestions should be emailed to concerns@franklincountyflorida.com.
2. When submitting your complaint, violation, or concern, provide accurate and complete information.
3. Your name, address, and phone number must be included in the email before county staff can investigate.
4. Status updates on complaints, violations, or concerns should be requested at concerns@franklincountyflorida.com.
5. Provide as much information as possible when requesting your status update.
6. Keep in mind, you may not see immediate results but be aware that staff is working with the property owner(s) to rectify complaints, violations, and/or concerns.

Important Tips

• Complaints are processed in the order they are received.
• Providing accurate and complete information is required to conduct a complaint investigation.
• County staff may contact you if additional information regarding your complaint is needed.

If Franklin County receives a Public Records Request related to this complaint, Staff will be required to release any information submitted in this complaint pursuant to the Public Records Act and/or pursuant to court order.
