If you would like to address the Franklin County Commission during a regular meeting you must complete a speaker card. A completed speaker card must be submitted to the County Coordinator prior (15 minutes prior if you are attending virtually) to the start of the meeting.
You may choose to address the Commission during the Public Comments section on the agenda which allows you up to five (5) minutes for non-agenda or agenda items.
You may choose to address the Commission on an agenda action item for up to one (1) minute during the meeting, after a motion has been seconded and you are recognized by the Chairman. Speakers are limited to one (1) comment per agenda action item.
