You may submit a concern, complaint, or suggestion to the county by going to Franklincountyflorida.com and under “Quick Links” selecting the “Report A Concern/Complaint” or “Submit A Suggestion” link. Complete and submit the online. This is the recommended option as the online form contains the information required by Florida Statute 125.69 subsection 4(b), which requires staff to verify the name and address of the person complaining before proceeding with an investigation. Another option is to send an email to concerns@franklincountyflorida.com with the required verification information. As a third option, you can call (850) 653-5337 and state all of the necessary information regarding your concern, complaint, or suggestion.
